Apex RainAid

The Apex RainAid is a mains water top-up valve designed to be installed inside a rainwater collection tank, connected to the mains water supply. It ensures your tank never runs dry — automatically topping up with mains water whenever the rainwater level drops below a pre-set point.

How It Works
Under normal conditions, rainwater fills the tank as usual. If the rainwater level drops below the pre-set level, the RainAid valve opens to top the tank back up using mains water — maintaining supply to non-potable outlets like toilets, laundry, and garden taps. There's a 100mm differential between the valve's open and closed positions, so it's full on or full off rather than constantly cycling.

No Power, No Fuss
No float switches and no electrical supply required — the pump itself just needs a pressure or flow switch. Adjustable water levels help save electricity and increase pump life, and it's fully serviceable for long-term use.

Built to Last
UV stabilised to withstand harsh sun exposure, with a long tail design that removes the need for separate tank fittings on thin-walled tanks. Comes supplied with an inlet strainer.
