3 Core Irrigation Multicore Cable (0.5mm, 24V)
This 3 core, 0.5mm² multicore cable is used to connect a 24V irrigation controller to solenoid valves — ideal where multiple valves are located in the same valve box. One wire is used as the "Common", with one active wire per valve, letting a 3-core cable control up to 2 valves.
Reliable, Colour-Coded Wiring
Individually insulated, colour-coded conductors make it easy to identify which wire connects to which valve, keeping wiring simple and mistake-free even across multiple zones.
Built for the Elements
UV stable and suitable for direct burial, this cable is designed to handle underground and outdoor installation in Australian conditions without degrading over time.
Extra Low Voltage Only
For use in automatic irrigation systems only, connecting 24V solenoid valves to controllers — extra low voltage as defined by AS3000. Not suitable for connection to mains power supply.
